Marina View Towers
Dubai, UAE - In 2004 we started the development of a residential twin tower project in the most exclusive location of the Dubai Marina. The towers consist of 400 residential units totalling 700,000 square feet of residential space as well as over 50,000 square feet of commercial units. With a unique location on the Marina Promenade, this project was completed and handed over in less than 2 years.
Almholme Farm - Yorkshire, England
In 2001 we acquired a significant farmhouse in the North of England. Almholme Farm is a superb 18th Century Yorkshire Stone house. Situated at the heart of a tree lined drive.A 300 year oldhouse along with barns, located in an historical Roman City, within 10 acres of land.
